Hoyett Owens, president/CEO, is considered a printing maverick because of his rapid rise in the industry and his meticulous attention to business relationships. Since purchasing All Printing & Graphics, Inc. in 1996, Owens has increased sales by more than 400%.

Printing giant R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. and All Printing & Graphics, Inc. have recently formed a strategic alliance designed to create employment opportunities for Chicago's inner city residents. Bill Davis, president/CEO of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., and Owens share a common goal—teaching employees lifetime skills so that they, in turn, hire others from the community.

Hoyett Owens also is the president/CEO of I Like It Communications, Inc., a full-service, minority-owned advertising and public relations agency founded in 1989. Owens' leadership is represented by his array of successful signature programs and creative results-drive strategies. His customized programs have consistently resulted in an overachievement of goals. He credits his entrepreneurial success to his strong faith in God.

Owens is an active leader in many community events, and works closely with the Chicago Minority Business Development Council. He frequently serves on panels and provides presentations to help other small business successfully pursue economic development.
